The Problem
When Robert Lindner first came to us in late 2025, Budget Windows & Doors was at an inflection point. Years of relying on referrals and a single-page website had left the business in a feast-or-famine cycle: some months were okay, others were dead slow. The follow-up on inbound leads was inconsistent, calls were getting missed, and the phone didn't ring nearly enough to keep his installers busy through the slow months.
To make things worse, Robert had already been burned by previous "marketing experts" who promised the world and delivered nothing but invoices. By the time we connected, he was actively winding the business down.
The Solution
We started working with Robert in November 2025 and took full control of marketing in February 2026. Rather than swap one ad platform for another and hope for the best, we deployed the full Pinnacle Performance System: rebuilding the foundation of the business's digital presence, plugging the leaks in the customer journey, and taking the lead-handling burden off Robert's plate entirely.
Scope of Work
1. Website Redesign (Completed January 2026). Replaced a single-page site with a multi-page, conversion-optimized website built for both Google and the customer.
2. Local SEO (Started January, ongoing). Built out local pages, citations, and on-page optimizations. Roughly 50% of website traffic is now organic.
3. Google Ads Restructuring (Completed February 2026). Rebuilt campaigns around high-intent search terms with proper conversion tracking and landing-page alignment.
4. Meta Ads Account Setup (Launched February 2026). Diversified beyond Google with a brand-new Meta account that has been running profitably out of the gate.
5. Appointment Booking Service (Started February 2026, ongoing). Our human team now handles every inbound lead, follow-up call, and text, then books qualified appointments directly onto the estimator's calendar.
The Results
Robert was wrapping the business down. Now he's hiring.

April more than doubled January's volume. That growth is even more impressive in context: in late March, we stopped sending the owner out on single-door and single-window estimates and started quoting those from customer-provided measurements, freeing up his time for higher-value jobs. So April's 44 appointments are 44 of the bigger opportunities.
